With an extensive application process, Synegen moved all internal and member-facing application operations into the Salesforce platform. A new opportunity record was created to ensure Innovation DuPage could see where the potential or current member was in the application or renewal process and what the next steps were. Salesforce surveys were utilized to capture member data and automation was included to help streamline both the application and renewal process.
To better manage and analyze data, Synegen created customized dashboards for each stakeholder group. Within these dashboards, Synegen configured Salesforce to generate automated reports that would display accurate data for each group. Additionally, growth statistics were added to ensure Innovation DuPage could better track its key performance indicators and easily measure its success.
