While Innovation DuPage has helped many of its members see tremendous growth, they were seeking an optimal way to collect, organize and analyze data to create more compelling member success stories.  They also wanted standardized reports to improve operational visibility, track key performance indicators, and identify which of their efforts provided the most value to its members.  Monitoring membership status and activity required Innovation DuPage to view across multiple systems and therefore had a goal to streamline these processes into a single platform and source of truth.  As the organization continues to grow, Innovation DuPage needed a solution that would improve operational efficiencies to reduce the time and human capital required to manually organize and report on data across multiple platforms.

With an extensive application process, Synegen moved all internal and member-facing application operations into the Salesforce platform.  A new opportunity record was created  to ensure Innovation DuPage could see where the potential or current member was in the application or renewal process and what the next steps were.  Salesforce surveys were utilized to capture member data and automation was included to help streamline both the application and renewal process.  

To better manage and analyze data, Synegen created customized dashboards for each stakeholder group.  Within these dashboards, Synegen configured Salesforce to generate automated reports that would display accurate data for each group.  Additionally, growth statistics were added to ensure Innovation DuPage could better track its key performance indicators and easily measure its success.

After partnering with Synegen, Innovation DuPage has been able to quantify its success in a way that it hadn't been able to before.  They have also been able to differentiate themselves against competitors by incorporating business growth data into their member success stories.  With all member application processes now in a single location, data silos were eliminated, resulting in the team gaining a 360-degree view of the organization for both internal and external stakeholders.  Additionally, Innovation DuPage now has na intuitive platform that provides team members with simple access to the various dashboards and reports.  Finally, with the time and human capital resources saved by automating processes and eliminating duplicate workflows, they can continue to monitor their progress as an organizations and make data-driven adjustments where necessary.
