the challenge

EnsembleIQ used multiple systems to record advertisement space availability information. As a result, the sales process to book advertising space was very slow as all sales team inquiries funneled through one individual to verify availability. Production and Sales teams also did not have a full view of ads throughout their lifecycle. Following the completion of a merger, all users needed to be transferred to one central system as well.

the solution

Synegen configured the Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet the needs of EIQ, including custom objects and fields as well as business automation. Historic and current accounts, contacts, products, and opportunities were successfully migrated to Sales Cloud, and sales teams were onboarded to Sales Cloud as well. Sales and production teams were given a 360° view of ads throughout their lifecycle to improve customer satisfaction. Notifications for production updates, changes, and cancellations were automated to reliably reach necessary members. The new platform was also integrated with EIQ's new financial backend system, helping to automate back office processes, including reporting and invoicing.

the result

Due to Synegen’s configuration of Sales Cloud, overbooking of ad space has been greatly reduced, as sales and production teams now have much better insight for ad space and production, as well as a 360° view of sales and production throughout the advertising lifecycle.
