Within our Technology Services practice, we employ some of Chicagoland’s most well-rounded, knowledgeable and experienced technology specialists with backgrounds in IT Department Management, cross-industry IT strategy, analysis and application design.
The consultants who make up our Professional Services practice have vast technology knowledge and backgrounds, as well as a strong understanding of internal business management and IT departmental functions. In many cases, they have considerable knowledge within a specific industry vertical such as finance, insurance, manufacturing, retail and utilities, just to name a few.
Synegen is looking for motivated, spirited Recruiters to attract and retain the best technical talent in the Chicago area to staff our client engagements! Specific responsibilities may include:
- Sourcing and screening potential consultants (both for full-time employment and contract)
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates
- Create and maintain a professional network
- Utilize personal networks, resources and internet job boards to effectively identify full-time and contract consultants to staff on Synegen client engagements
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies
- Represent Synegen at Job Fairs and other recruiting events
